We recognize that every client is distinct, and we take the time to listen, analyze, and strategize, ensuring that we offer personalized coverage that aligns with your lifestyle and requirements.

Our dedicated team of insurance professionals specializes in providing comprehensive coverage for condominiums. We acknowledge that condominiums involve a delicate balance between collective ownership and individual responsibility, and we tailor our insurance solutions accordingly.

For Condominium Associations:

  • We offer insurance solutions that protect the common areas, structures, and shared amenities within the condominium complex. This includes coverage for property damage, liability, and directors and officers' liability insurance to safeguard the association's governance.

For Individual Unit Owners:

  • We provide coverage options for individual unit owners, including protection for personal belongings, liability, and any improvements or upgrades made within the unit.

Condominium Association Insurance (Master Policy):

This covers the common areas and the exterior of the condo buildings. Depending on the bylaws and the nature of the policy, this may also cover fixtures within each unit.

Provides coverage for injuries or property damage that occur in the common areas.

Protects board members of the condo association from legal actions related to their decisions as representatives of the association.

Offers protection against theft or dishonest acts by condo association employees or board members.

Offers additional liability coverage beyond the primary limits of other liability policies, adding an extra layer of protection.

If the condo association has direct employees, this covers any injuries they might sustain while working.

Covers common area equipment, such as elevator or boiler breakdowns.

If the condos are located in flood or earthquake-prone areas, these cover damages resulting from these specific natural disasters.

Individual Condo Unit Owner's Insurance:

This is the typical policy for condo unit owners. It covers the unit's interior and the owner's personal property. It can also provide liability coverage for incidents within the unit.

This is an addition to the HO-6 policy and covers situations where unit owners are financially assessed by the association for a loss that exceeds the association's master policy's limits.

If the condo is in a high-risk area, individual policies for these perils might be needed, especially if the master policy does not provide adequate coverage.

Provides additional liability protection beyond the HO- 6 policy limits.
